By enrolling in any AVDA course or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Access
Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Course access is granted to the enrolled individual only. Sharing credentials or materials is strictly prohibited.

2. Course Content
All course content is the intellectual property of AVDA and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

3. Course Duration
Courses are designed to be completed within a specified timeframe. Extensions may be granted under exceptional circumstances.

4. Student Conduct
Students must maintain respectful behavior, complete work honestly, and must not record or share live sessions without prior consent. Violations may result in immediate access termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full before accessing course content. Fees are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful course completion including attendance, assignments, and project tasks.

7. Certificate Disclaimer
AVDA provides certificates upon successful course completion. These are not government-recognised degrees.

8. Limitation of Liability
AVDA does not guarantee job placement. We provide training and guidance only.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.

All course fees paid to AVDA are generally non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and course access is granted.

1. Eligible Refund Cases
✅ Duplicate payment due to technical error
✅ Course cancelled by AVDA before it begins
✅ Payment made but enrollment not confirmed within 48 hours

2. Non-Refundable Cases
❌ Student drops out after course access is granted
❌ Unable to attend due to personal reasons
❌ Dissatisfied after accessing content
❌ Change of mind after payment

3. Refund Request Process
Contact us within 48 hours of payment via WhatsApp with your name, email, and transaction ID.

4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Disputes subject to courts in Andhra Pradesh.
